A small complex of twelve apartments with a choice of 1, 2, 3 or 4 bed apartments. Please note that the 4 bed apartments are 2 x 2 bed apartments with interconnecting door. The one and two bedroom apartments also have the benefit of sofa beds and therefore can accommodate 2 extra persons. The apartments are frontline with splendid sea views of the Favaritx lighthouse and the entrance to the Addaia and Macaret port, which is near to the Arenal d'en Castell beach.

The apartments consist of a living/dining area, kitchen fitted in a rustic style with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, and satellite television.
