The villa has a carport and a small patio area on entering and a fenced off pool (7m x 5m).

Leading from the front patio we go into the dining room which has dining room table and chairs for 4 people, and then the lounge that has comfortable sofa and chairs, T.V. video, with basic satellite programme, and from which leads a small but well equipped kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, toaster etc.

From here we go down a small hallway to the bedrooms.

1st bedroom – this has a double bed and bedside tables with exterior windows.

2nd bedroom – this has 2 single beds and wardrobes, with exterior windows.

The bathroom is fully fitted with bath, overhead shower, bidet and sink.
At the back of the property there is a washroom that houses the washing machine.

Outside on the patio area there is a built in table and chairs and an inbuilt BBQ.
