49/49A & 49B San Jaime - Villas Amarillas - Son Bou

Villa 49 is a large house sub divided into three, two bedroom properties- each of these properties has direct access to the large south facing pool area. This winter the entire building has undergone vital building work resulting in important changes- improvements that will be very visible to our regular guests.

The villa is situated on the San Jaime hill and from all the properties and the pool area magnificent views can be enjoyed looking over the beach and the natural park of Son Bou. The main resort and beach is a comfortable walk away or you can choose a quick stroll to the square of San Jaime, where there is a supermarket and restaurant-snack bar.
The villa can be approached via two avenues- one involves climbing 37 stairs and the other permits a closer parking possibility on the rear cul de sac entrance, although this still entails a ramp or steps option, although less.

It must be noted that the poolside area is reached by stairs and therefore these properties are not suited to young children or guests with walking difficulties.

Number 49 is approached from the cul de sac and one enters into an exquisite high beamed ceiling living area. This open plan dining-lounge is furnished in Menorcan style mixing wood and fabrics. The separate fitted kitchen is located off the lounge area and caters adequately for four guests. The new lounge doors lead onto the private south facing terrace and is also equipped with a dining table and chairs for four.

The communal 9 x 4 meter pool is decorated with sun beds and an external shower, there is also a built in BBQ and summer eating area. The pool has a maximum depth of two meters and a shallow end of 1.10meters and therefore good for swimmers.

Surrounding the villa are shrubs, vibrant floral beds and pines.
