Well-equipped three-bedroom apartment in Addaia sharing a large communal pool A very pretty, spacious and well-furnished villa set in a small, select development only a few minutes’ walk from local shops, restaurants and the marina. Close by is the beautiful and safe beach of Arenal and the small fishing village of Na Macaret. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 double & 1 twin) – two of the bedrooms have air-conditioning units. |

The villa also has a large roof terrace with sea views, main bathroom with shower, separate shower room/WC and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker, and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. |
The villa also has satellite TV in the lounge with surround sound and CD system. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms with Video/DVD French doors open from the lounge onto a large, partially covered patio with furniture, built-in barbecue and large, extendable sun awning. The pool is excellently maintained and has a children’s section. |
