 Steps from the courtyard lead upstairs to the roof terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing. Sunbeds are provided. |

| The property is entered via a small tiled courtyard, which could be used as a third patio. Inside we have an open plan lounge, which is comfortably furnished, and a dining area. Double patio doors open out onto the balcony terrace with an uninterrupted view of the beach and the bay. This is probably the best view of all of our properties. Off the terrace is the third bedroom, which again has two twin beds and a shower room with toilet and washbasin. As this room can be accessed separately this make it ideal for those wanting privacy from the main apartment. |

| A galley style kitchen is fully equipped with Dishwasher, Microwave, Cooker and fridge freezer. The apartment also has a washing machine. |

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, both with twin beds and one has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and bidet. Both have ample wardrobe space. There is also a further communal bathroom again with a bath and shower. |
