properties. These properties are ideal for groups travelling together
but who wish to maintain certain independence.
The villa is approached for the front gardens
and has a few steps up to the property entrance. The interior
of the property is fresh and compact – offering a fitted
kitchen with a separate breakfast bar, and a cosy dining-lounge
area with satellite TV and DVD, the sleeping quarters are three
steps up from the lounge.
The sea can be seen from the lounge and covered
terrace area, and of course like the rest of the property there
is sufficient furnishings to cater for six guests. There is a

of the pool is of 0.6 meters and the deep end 1.8 meters.

cars can be left in the car port or in the avenue and within a
short distance there is a new restaurant/snack bar, which is ideal
for those who don’t wish to drive in the evening. A summer
supermarket is only a 10 minute stroll away.
