	Location A pretty semi detached villa situated in the resort of Addaia. Addaia is a tasteful development of villas and apartments built a 3km harbour inlet. Within walking distance there are a few bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The resort of Arenal d’en Castell, which has one of the nicest beaches in the north of the island, is about a 7-minute drive away.
Exterior The property is distributed on three floors. There is an enclosed front garden and at the back of the house a new swimming pool with Roman steps (approximately 8 x 4 mts.). The garden is grassed and there are ample terraces, an outside shower and views of the port of Addaia and coastline
	Interior The furnishings are new and tasteful. There are 2 floors and an attic.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, liquidiser, and pans of various sizes, sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.
