| Overall, this villa provides an excellent location for a peaceful holiday and an ideal base for visiting the rest of the island. Local amenities such as two restaurants and a supermarket are within 5 minutes walk, but we would consider a car essential at this location.

| Outside the south facing pool offers privacy, and ample terracing for relaxing and sunbathing. Pool furniture is provided, as is a brick built barbeque for outside dining. A patio table and chairs on the terrace outside the lounge offer shade from the sun and is ideal for breakfast or lunch overlooking the pool. |  |

| Tastefully decorated and well maintained over a 20-year period by the current owners the villa is on two levels and provides ample space for up to 6 people. Inside, the large lounge provides comfortable sofas and a dining table and opens out onto the patio terrace facing the pool. The master bedroom is situated downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and patio door again opening out onto the pool terrace. All facilities are provided in the kitchen including, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Downstairs there is also a cloakroom with a shower. |

| Up the stairs from the lounge are two further bedrooms each with twin beds, both of which open out onto a terrace giving views over the pool area, open countryside and the harbour in the distance. A further family bathroom is located upstairs. | ||
