Located near the fishing village of Binibeca Vell, Villa Anna is a simple, two-storey villa of the traditional whitewashed, green-shuttered design. There are shops and places to eat within a few hundred metres and the beach is just over a kilometre away. Fringed by flower beds, a large swimming pool is set into the wide lawns behind the villa.

The villa's accommodation is mostly on the first floor where the kitchen adjoins an open-plan lounge with doors leading onto a furnished balcony looking out across the pool to the sea. Sharing the balcony, the double bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The first floor is also home to a bathroom with a half-size bath. Stairs lead down to two twin bedrooms on the ground floor.
