Right on the water's edge, situated in a quiet area on the small headland of Calan Bruc, overlooking a natural cove and the Mediterranean with glorious views. You have access to the sea from the rocks and the Calan Bruc sunbathing platforms. Only 400 meters from Calan Blanes beach. The snorkelling is excellent and you can even feed the fish from your hands!

The villa is built with double walls to keep it cool in the summer but being right on the coast it normally benefits from a cool breeze. Tulipan offers a good standard of comfortable accommodation within easy reach of all facilities and amenities and only 150 metres from the diving/sunbathing platforms of Calan Bruc. The villa is a 10 minute walk (400m) from the beach at Calan Blanes, The nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 150m away.
You enter the villa through the entrance hall to the lounge/dining room with satellite TV (free to view channels only) and DVD. French windows lead onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and has doors to the terrace. The separate utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and another bathroom between them.

Arranged on one level with ramps, extra wide door openings and handrails in the bathrooms, these villas are also suitable for wheelchair users.
The villa has its own private swimming pool measuring 4.5m x 8m (depth 1.10 to 1.90) with Roman steps, bordered by sun terraces with outside garden furniture, sun beds for 6 people and a barbeque overlooking the garden. The gardens are totally enclosed making them safe for children, and are screened for privacy.

The bustling resorts of Calan Blanes and Calan Forcat are only a 10 -15min walk away and there you will find a huge selection of shops, bars, restaurants, children’s play areas and an Aquapark.
Bike hire is very popular in the resort as the area is totally flat. There is a bicycle hire shop just a 5 to 10 min walk from the villa. There is also a mini train that drops off and picks up near the villa which takes you in and around resort.
The villa has a safe and benefits from double-glazing. There is no road to cross to get to the sea, and it is an ideal choice for both couples and families or groups wishing to take their holidays together.
