Villa Mar – Cala’n Bosch

Villa Mar is one of several attractive modern 3 bedroom single storey villas, set in a quiet street, privately owned and furnished in identical/similar styles.

The villas are located just 1450m from the Marina at Calan Bosch and just 450m from a choice of restaurants, a mini market and children's play area.
Located in the same cul–de-sac they can be rented in groups with a maximum of a 5 min walk between any of them and some are next to each other.Please enquire.

The villas are set in 450m2 plots, which are totally enclosed making them safe for children and screened for privacy. Villa Mar has a kidney shaped swimming pool measuring 6 x 3m set in the rear of the property.

There is outside patio garden furniture, large built-in barbeque and sunbeds.

Please Note: A fold out bed is available for a 7th person if required at a cost of £50 per week. A cot is also available at an extra cost of £19 per week.

The villas have an entrance hall, lounge/dining room with Satellite TV (free to view channels) and DVD plus French windows leading onto the terrace. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There are three bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms as described above.

The villas are just a short walk from the rocky coastline where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mallorca and beautiful sunsets. There's a lovely sandy beach 1800m away, and a local bus service runs to the beach regularly. A little further along is another sandy beach with a choice of water sports. Bike hire is also popular in the resort as the area is totally flat. There is a bicycle hire shop just 400m from the villas.
Calan Bosch (also known as Cala en Bosc) is a lively resort close to Ciutadella and approx 1 hour 15 mins from Mahon. The hub of the resort is centred around the Marina which has a distinct 'Riviera' feel about it. The resort has a Water Park, plenty of children's entertainment areas, bouncy castles, mini trains and a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Relax in one of the bars and restaurants surrounding the Marina or wander through the small shops and local stalls at night. You can enjoy the safe local sandy beach during the day, or perhaps take a day trip on the glass bottom boat to one of the beautiful nearby virgin beaches. A visit to the enchanting town of Ciutadella is highly recommended and it is just a 15 minute drive or 25 min bus trip away. Make sure you time your visit to fit in with the local opening hours 9.00 -1.00 or 4.30- 8pm. Many shops are closed on Sundays.

Bus Service
There is a good and frequent bus service to Ciutadella. The bus stop is located just outside the villa area (10min slow walk) on the main road
