Villa La’Encantada – Cala’n Porter La’Encantada means ‘delighted’, a word which aptly describes the reaction of guests when they see its scenic location for the first time. Standing in a superb position on the cliff top above Cala’n Porter, close to the Cova d’en Xoroi, this fine villa enjoys a unique view.
	The inside of the house is comfortably decorated in a modern style, with light pastel coloured soft furnishings and cool grey tiled floors. The picture windows in the lounge lead out to the patio and garden, allowing you to appreciate the lovely views from the comfort of your armchair. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven, a fridge /freezer and a washing machine.
The garden and swimming pool are very private shielded by the villas high wall, and have been tastefully designed with variety of small trees and shrubs around an inviting swimming pool with built in steps. A brick built barbeque and a sheltered roof terrace with spectacular views make this a villa people want to return to every year.

	Please note – due the proximity of this property to the cliff it would not be considered suitable for families with very young children.
	There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and a third with three single beds. There is one ensuite bathroom and a further family bathroom.
