Villa Mas – Cala’n Porter

Recently built spacious villa boasting three bedrooms, one master en-suite with a twin and double sharing a further bathroom and in their own corridor of the property - ideal for some holiday privacy. Private pool and sun terraces to the rear of the villa where there is also a traditional stone built barbecue just by the large patio doors. All rooms are air-conditioned with their own flat screen Sky enabled televisions (basic subscription but please feel free to bring your own card). The comfortable lounge area boasts two large leather sofas with views out to the sea, which is approximately a 10 minute walk. The adjoining dining room seats six and is served by a separate fully fitted kitchen and utility area with washing machine and second fridge/freezer

Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite, balcony.
• Bedroom 2 with double bed.
• Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
• The villa can cater for twin babies with two travel cots, a full high chair, and one booster seat that can be attached to a dining room chair.

Bathrooms:

• En-suite shower, toilet, and wash basin to bedroom 1.
• Full bathroom to bedrooms 2 and 3 all in their own separate corridor of the villa.

Kitchen:

• Modern fully fitted with electric hob and fan oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
• Utility Room: Washing machine, additional fridge freezer, central heating and hot water controls.

Living Rooms:

• Lounge with two large leather sofas, flat screen Sky television, DVD player. DAB digital radio and CD player with choice of over 200 discs. Ipod connectivity available.
• Dining area seats six and is conveniently situated between kitchen and barbecue.

Other:

• Well maintained traditional gardens to the front of the property.
  Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included although we would request you provide your own beach towels. For bookings of more than one week towels and linen will be changed on the middle Friday.
