Sa Pau' - Punta Grossa, Arenal D'en Castell This lovely new three-bedroom/two-bathroom villa with private pool was completed at the end of May 2004 and occupies a spacious plot 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Arenal D'en Castell. Individually designed, it offers very comfortable and high quality accommodation, and has the benefit of air conditioning/heating units to all bedrooms (available for a supplement).

Entrance to the single-level villa is via a hallway with, to the right, a spacious sitting-dining room, tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable sofas, quality dining table and chairs, TV/video/DVD and access to UK Sky free-to-view channels plus a CD music system.

Patio doors lead out to the large covered sunbathing terraces and 10x5m swimming pool with roman steps. A portable barbecue is available and there are sunloungers plus an outdoor dining suite. The fully equipped bright, modern kitchen has electric oven, hob and extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is housed in the utility room.
	The master bedroom suite has a double bed and a spacious full ensuite bathroom, plus doors leading out to the pool terrace. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, bedside tables/lamps and air-conditioning units.
The garden has been planted with Mediterranean shrubs, trees and lawn. This is a truly attractive and well equipped villa fitted with high quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings. It offers a relaxing, quality environment for the discerning client. Friday change-over.
	Arenal D'en Castell is a popular resort-town with a loyal following of people who love to return year after year, drawn by its relaxed family atmosphere, good range of restaurants, bars and shops, and of course its beautiful large horseshoe-shaped beach, set in a sheltered bay. As well as Arenal D'en Castell, there are numerous other pleasant beaches close by, and the capital, Mahon, is around 30 minutes by car.
