S’Algar can be found at the south east corner of the island about 20 minutes from Mahon and the airport. The resort is partly residential and has an air of calm about it. It consists of villas, apartments (2 stories only), two hotels, shops, restaurants, two small supermarkets, an aqua sports club, tennis and bowls. In the old village is a launderette. Nowhere is far in S’Algar so all the facilities are with walking distance. The pavements are lines with well-groomed Palm trees. The area has the sea on two sides ensuring sea views and fresh air. Alcalfar beach is about 15 minutes walking or five minutes by car.

The villa is situated on a corner plot surrounded by established hedging for privacy.

The entrance hall leads to a large comfortable lounge/dining room, with Satellite TV (Freeview) & Music system. The large patio doors lead to the partly covered outside terrace & the pool area & gardens. The terrace is ideal for eating outside or relaxing in the sun. A BBQ is also available close to the terrace. The pool has steps leading into it and is suitable for non-swimmers.

Off the lounge is a sizeable fully equipped kitchen, with oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave & dishwasher.

The master bedroom (double bed) has patio doors leading out onto the terrace with ensuite bathroom.
