Standing in a row in the residential area of Torre Soli, just on its border with Son Bou, Villas Zodiac are conveniently situated in a quiet area, yet within a few minutes’ drive of the commercial centre, a variety of restaurants and the long sandy beach.
Built into a hillside, each of these lovely semi-detached villas is named after a star sign. The villas are charming both inside and out and unusually designed in that the lounge/diner is upstairs at entrance level, whilst the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Lawned gardens bordered by green hedges surround each villa’s swimming pool, with a few steps leading up to a shaded terrace from which shuttered French windows open into some of the bedrooms. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom, shared by two or three bedrooms, one of which in the three bedroom villas sometimes has head-to-head beds. Upstairs, also accessible by external stairs from the poolside lawn, the lounge has a balustraded balcony boasting wonderful sea views.
