	Location This wonderful front line villa is located on the South East coast, just 50 metres from the sea. The garden has steps leading down to the rocks in front of the house where it is possible to swim, the beaches of Binisafúa and Biniparratx are just a five-minute walk from the villa. Sant Lluis and Sant Climent with shops, banks, churches, restaurants etc are about an eight-minute drive away.
Exterior The views of the coastline from the house and gardens are spectacular. There is a very attractive new overflow design pool (with Roman steps), which gives the impression that the water is running from the pool to the sea. This is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and grassed areas. There is a BBQ and large covered terraces with sofa, chairs and tables for outdoor living.
	Interior The furnishings are very tasteful and attractive. From the lounge and two of the bedrooms, there are doors leading onto the terrace.
