Located just beside the picturesque and famous fishing village at Binibeca Vell, this villa is just a ten-minute walk to the beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa and 4 minutes from the lovely rock bathing platforms. There are bars, restaurants, shops and a chemist within walking distance of the villa.
Exterior The pretty garden, with sea views, at the front of the house has a lawn, trees and flowerbeds. There is a large covered terrace, which overlooks the pool area.

Interior The villa is set on three levels (8 stairs between each level) with splendid sea and coastal views.
