This villa is situated in a quiet road in Binibeca, 5 minutes walk away from the beach and the local bars and restaurants of Cala Torret.

In Cala Torret there is also a local supermarket and a chemist, the bus stop for all the buses to Mahon, and the small tourist train which goes around the resorts of Punta Prima and Binibeca Vell.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

1st bedroom This has a large double bed, large fitted wardrobes, an en suite bathroom and doors leading onto the outside patio.

2nd bedroom This has 2 bunk beds.

3rd bedroom This has 2 single beds.

4th bedroom This has 3 single beds

There are two bathrooms - one which leads off the double bedroom and the other which is between two bedrooms.

There is a large living room which leads out onto a covered terrace of around 10m x 5m overlooking the garden. On the terrace there is a table and chairs and small sofa.

The kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped, including a microwave. Leading on from the kitchen onto the patio there is a small room which contains a washing machine.

Outside there is a swimming pool of 8m x 4m and terraces and gardens with the usual sunbeds and patio furniture.
