beautiful villa is set within its own cool wooded grounds and offers
peace and seclusion but is within easy reach of the safe sandy beach,
golf club shops and restaurants of Son Parc centre.
The villa consists of four bedrooms. The master double bedroom is on the first floor and has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading out onto a sun terrace. A further three twin bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has an ensuite bathroom and the orther two share a family bathroom. |

on the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with cooker,
microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The adjoining
open plan lounge/dining room opens out onto the south facing terrace
with its 8m x 4m pool and covered areas with built in barbeque. |

Villa is fully equipped with sun loungers, outside dinning table
and chairs for eight so that many meals can be enjoyed on the shady
terrace over looking the sun bathing area and pool. |
