Location This newly built property is situated in the beach resort of Punta Prima (Sant LLuís). From the upper terrace views of the coast line and the Island of Aire can be enjoyed. Punta Prima is a tourist resort, which has a beautiful white sandy beach and crystal clear sea. Within walking distance there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops. It is an ideal location for a family holiday.
	Exterior The house has an outside area of some 1000m2 with grassed areas, swimming pool and terrace with BBQ, where you can relax, sunbathe and enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking area for the car. Interior The house is distributed on two floors and annex. It is light and airy. There is a large upper terrace with sea views. Main house: Ground Floor: spacious lounge-dining room (TV), kitchen , 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. First Floor: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and big terrace with sea views. Annex: Lounge-dining room (with 2 single sofa beds), small open plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room.


	The kitchen is equipped with iron, fridge, cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, pots and pans and frying pans of various sizes and crockery and glassware sufficient enough to serve the whole house.
