Location
This wonderful front villa is located on the south east coast of the island. The beaches of Binisafúa and Biniparratx are just a 10 minute walk from the villa, and other south coast beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Sant Lluís and Sant Climent with shops, banks, churches, restaurants and other amenities are approximately an 8 minute drive away. The journey from the airport to the villa takes 10 minutes.

Exterior
The views of the coastline from the gardens are spectacular. There is a very attractive infinity pool with Roman steps, which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a spacious grass area. Leading out from the lounge is a shaded terrace furnished with high quality outdoor sofas and table. The Jacuzzi terrace is situated on the first floor and also boasts spectacular sea views.

Interior
