The Space
Finca Binietsau was completely refurbished at the beginning of 2007 and has been tastefully decorated with quality and comfortable wood furniture. The property is set on two floors. The ground floor comprises of a lounge with TV and DVD, two dining rooms, a kitchen, one double bedroom and one shower room. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite full bathroom and two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room.
The farmhouse is surrounded by countryside in all directions and is completely private. There is a large patio at the entrance of the property, and to the left of this a pretty garden with a grass lawn area near the swimming pool. At the side of the property there is a large pergola providing shade, and table and chairs for al fresco dining. Shade is also provided by the small woodland which can be accessed via steps at the back of the house.
Location
This typical Menorcan farmhouse is situated near the town of Alaior, where all local amenities can be found. Both south and north coast beaches can be reached within approximately 15 minutes by car and the capital city of Mahón, with its beautiful harbour, is also a short drive away. Vehicle is necessary.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
