Villa Lantana is a superb four bedroom villa with air-conditioning positioned on the San Jaime side of Son Bou but with fantastic views over Son Bou and its wonderful beach. This larger but homely two storey villa is reached via the road and up 43 steps. The hall leads to both floors. Downstairs the large but cosy lounge/dining room has a fireplace. The kitchen which is separated by a practical breakfast bar from the lounge, is spacious, modern and well planned with a separate larder and interior laundry room. Next to the lounge are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Both have access to south facing terraces. There is another bathroom with shower, too. The master bedroom with double bed is upstairs together with its dressing room and en-suite bathroom, complete with hydro-massage shower. Next to this is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have terraces which have amazing views over the Mediterreanian. 

The downstairs covered terraces are spacious and well furnished and also has a brick barbecue to one side. They lead down to the rectangular overflowing pool (9 x 4 metres) which is accompanied by a jacuzzi, an outside shower and WC. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
