The Space
Villa Marina is situated on a small hill and boasts wonderful port views from the large porch area and swimming pool.
The porch has been furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The swimming pool measures 4m x 8m and
is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and colourful flower beds.
The villa has been decorated with modern and comfortable furniture. All rooms are distributed on two floors. The first floor comprises of a living room with patio doors and sea views, a dining room which also has patio doors and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and one cloakroom.
The lower level consists of one double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite, one double bedroom with e-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and one shower room. All bedrooms have access to the exterior pool area.
Location
This modern villa is located in a very quiet area of the Port of Mahon. The nearest beaches are Sa Mesquida and Es Grau, which are just 5 minutes driving. The rest of the beaches at the north of Mahon and also at the south of San Luis are about 15 minutes driving. On the other side of the harbour there are a variety of bars, restaurants and shops along the promenade, which is less than 5 minutes drive away. A vehicle is recommended.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
