The Space
This lovely apartment comprises of a fully equipped American style kitchen including washing machine, adjacent dining room and up a few steps to the lounge area that leads out onto a balcony, fully furnished with table and 4 chairs, offering the posibility of eating "al fresco", while enjoying the nice view.
There are two double bedrooms that have been fitted with single beds and fitted wardrobes, sleeping a total of four people. Finally, there is one full bathroom.
Location
Situated in the Cala Torret area of the Binibeca Nou urbanization,on the south coast of the island.
The airport is only 20 minutes away by car, and the town of Sant LLuis about 10. Other beaches like Punta Prima,S´Algar and Alcaufar are also 10 minutes by car.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
