The entrance to Casa Nicqui is gated and followed by a flight of stairs up to the lower level, swimming pool and the pool terrace. The lower level comprises of an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining room with built-in oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and all necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. Also on this level there are three of the four bedrooms, one double, one twin and a bunk bed room which all share a family bathroom and shower room. On the upper level there is a spacious air-conditioned living room which has an L-shaped sofa, armchairs, coffee table and a TV with DVD player. The master double bedroom is also on this level and has an en-suite shower room. Both of these rooms lead on to the outdoor upper terrace which runs the full length of the villa and has the most impressive views of Mahon's harbour, the Isla del Rey and the City of Mahon. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have fully fitted wardrobes, bed side tables and lamps. 

Pool towels are also included in the rental cost. The 9x4m swimming pool has roman step access and safety cover. Please note that the main pool has a uniform depth of 5ft – there is no ‘shallow end’. There is also a small children’s pool, sun loungers, dining table and chairs plus a large built-in BBQ.  The pool can be heated at an extra cost.

Location

This imposing villa is situated in the residential resort of Cala Llonga and has the most impressive views of the Port, the Isla del Rey and the beautiful capital city of Mahon. 

Cala Llonga is a quiet residential area –perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway- although it is rather secluded and a hire car is highly recommended.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night.  The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
