The Space

Casa Sa Barraca is a detached villa situated in the quiet urbanization of S'Uestra. It has been decorated with great attention to detail, with comfortable and quality furnishings. The property has a main house and an annex.
The main house is set on two fllors. The ground floor comprises of a large living room with patio doors leading out onto the covered terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, ideal for a self-catering holiday. There are five bedrooms in total: four of which are located on the ground floor: one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, an additional twin bedroom and one with pull-out bed. Lastly, there is also a full bathroom, utility room and cloakroom.
The first floor of this beautiful villa consists of one master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with seperate bath and shower, dressing room and terrace with sea views.

The exterior of this property comprises of plenty of grass areas, a spacious pool terrace with swimming pool and outdoor furniture for sunbathing. There are various covered dining terraces that are great for al-fresco dining. There is also a barbecue. 
 

The annexe is set all on one floor and comprises of a kitchenette, a twin bedroom and a shower room.

Location

This attractive country house is located at the end of a small country lane leading off the road from Sant Lluís to Binisafúa. It is a 2 minute drive from the beach at Binisafúa and less than 10 minutes from Binibeca beach.  The town of Sant Lluís is a 5 minute drive away and the journey from the airport to the house takes only 15 minutes.
