The Space
This property is a large villa divided into three 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a separate entrance. The apartments are equipped with hot/cold air-con, widescreen TV and a safe, free of charge. Each apartment has two twin bedrooms, with two single beds, ceiling fans, one full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen equipped. Each apartment has views over the private pool, Nature Park and the longest beach on the island. The apartments can be approached from two entrances, the upper avenue (Calle Es Ramal) or from below (Calle Central). Free Wi-Fi.
The shared pool measures 9 x 4 and has a deep end of 2 meters and a shallow end of 1.10 meters.
The terrace area is furnished with sun beds and to the side is a BBQ area.
Location
Gran Vista is situated on the lower part of the San Jaime hill, only 200mts from the Club San Jaime Square, with its supermarket, bakery, scuba diving school, private medical centre, restaurant, club and public bus stop.
However within a 400 meter walk you have an abundance of further dining, shopping and entertainment features as well as the road down to the beach.
The beach stretches for over 3Km, so there's plenty of bathing space to enjoy.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
