Villa 50 Son Bou has two levels on the ground floor, 5 spacious double bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms and 2 with single beds and a shared bathroom. One with a double shower, and 3 of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool. On the first floor, there is a large common room with a fully equipped kitchen with fantastic sea views and a living-dining room with a large wooden table and access to a spectacular terrace with fantastic sea views.
The outdoor spaces are one of the strong points of this beautiful villa. The enormous covered terrace with a lounge area and barbecue makes summer evenings even more special. A beautiful pool area on the lower terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols.

The Location

Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and entertainments centre, there is something for all ages. Alternatively, you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
