The Space

Bini Andu is located in the area of Binibeca Vell just 40 m from the sea with a spectacular view and direct access to bathe in the sea. Built on two levels, the ground floor has living and dining room, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 small bedrooms with two single beds each, 1 shared bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and everything needed for cooking plus a laundry with washing machine.
The exterior of this villa has a sun-bathing terrace, a large garden with perfect grass so children can play freely and an above average size pool.

The Location

Binibeca Vell is well known for its charming Menorcan style and picturesque fisherman’s village. The entire area is close to the sea and you can find many hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort. Although the “Vell” name refers to old in Menorcan, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. There are two small supermarkets and various restaurants also in the area.
