The Space

Simple semi-detached villa with a private pool and sea views, located just a few meters from the shopping area and the beach, hence its popularity. The house has private access and is spread over two floors. The first floor is the most spacious and features a simple living-dining room decorated in a Menorcan style, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a renovated full bathroom.
You can also enjoy a pleasant dinner on the covered outdoor terrace. The ground floor, located at the same level as the pool, has a double bedroom with a shower and toilet, and a small living room. Access to this bedroom is independent from the rest of the house, making the guests' stay more private. The pool area has a large terrace and a practical outdoor shower.

The Location

Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, water skiing, banana boat rides, snorkelling and pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger and older children looking for a relaxing holiday but enough to keep everyone entertained. Night life in Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars and shops to suit all budgets. Alternatively, you can venture into nearby Alaior (10 minutes on the bus) to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon, the capital (25 minutes on the bus) for larger shops, outdoor market Tuesday and Saturday, daily fresh fish market, a long harbour front with a wide selection of bars and restaurants and various boat trips are also available.
