The Space
Ses Casetas is a private development of eight semi-detached three bedroom bungalows situated approximately 250 yards from the beautiful horse shoe bay of Arenal beach. The complex has a large pool which includes a seperate childrens paddling pool and planty of terrace area for sun bathing.There are three bedrooms (one double and two twin bedrooms), one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with over, hob, microwave etc. The lounge has two sofas, a TV with DVD, play station and Amazon firestick. Free Wi-Fi.

They are situated less than 100 yards away from local amenities, which include shops, bars, restaurants, chemist and Doctors.
The sandy horseshoe shaped beach is a favourite with visitors to Menorca.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
