The Space
Villa Catlina is a homely semi-detached villa with private pool and fabulous views of the sea, situated just a few metres from the shops and the beach, which is why this delightful little property is so popular. The house has its own private entrance and is a two storey property. Upstairs, which houses most of the rooms, there is a cosy living / dining area featuring a menorcan style chimney and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with combi fridge, blender, oven, microwave oven, toaster and washing machine. The villa also consists of three double bedrooms, each with twin beds, and two bathroom.
The exterior of villa Catalina comprises of a partially covered terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. The pool area has a large terrace that has been furnished with outdoor furniture and has a practical outside shower. In addition to this, there is also a mobile barbecue. Flexible changeover day (mimnimum stay 7 nights).
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
