The Space
Villa Maria is a homely semi-detached villa with private pool and fabulous sea views , situated just a few metres from the shops and the beach, which is why this delightful little property is so popular. The house has its own private entrance, parking area and is a two storey property. Upstairs houses the majority of the rooms; there is a cosy living/dining area featuring a menorcan style chimeney and a TV with DVD player, a fully reformed and equipped kitchen making this villa perfect for a self-catering holiday, two double bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom. On the lower floor, you will find the master bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the swimming pool.
The exterior of villa Maria comprises of a partially covered terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. The pool area has a large terrace that has been furnished with outdoor furniture and has a practical outside shower. In addition to this, there is also a mobile barbecue. Flexible arrival day.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
