The Space
Two semi-detached villas sharing a swimming pool, located near to the resort centre and beach and ideal for those holidaying with family or in a group. The villas are distributed across two floors, and have a lovely garden and pool area which are ideal for little ones.
The upstairs comprises of an open-plan living and dining area with good views, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a W.C. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed and private terrace plus a shared family bathroom, and a utility room equipped with washing machine. From the first floor a shared staircase leads down to the pool.
Each villa has its own terrace with outdoor furnishings, ideal for enjoying al-fresco meals. The swimming pool area is equipped with everything necessary to make the most of the sun. The outside area is completed with a built-in barbecue surrounded by an established garden.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
These villas are 270m from the nearest amenities and 1km from the nearest beach. The airport and the port of Mahon are only 15 minutes by car and the picturesque town of Sant Lluis is only 10 minutes away.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
