The Space
Villa Amoura is a detached, three bedroom villa set in the San Jaime hills, in Son Bou, with magnificent sea views. Comprising of a spacious and cosy open plan living/dining room with feature fireplace and TV (spanish channels). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster, oven and washing machine. The villa has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one smaller twin bedroom. The villa recently had air-conditioning installed. Free Wi-Fi. Flexible changeover day (minimum stay 7 nights).
The exterior of this villa consists of a covered terrace that has been furnished with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining, a private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and a brick barbecue. From both terraces you can enjoy the spectacular sea views that Villa Amoura has to offer.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
Villa Amoura is located 550m from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. 1km from the closest amenities and 1.5km from the beach. The airport is situated 20km from the airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
