The Space
Villa Aquamarina is a modern villa located in the area of S'Atalaya, it has four large bedrooms each one with air conditioning and fans; three of them also have direct access to the beautiful covered terrace overlooking the pool area. In addition to this, it also comprises of a spacious living and dining room with TV and free Wi-Fi internet, a large equipped kitchen with all of the necessary appliances to make your stay enjoyable in it, three bathrooms (one with bath) and a brick built barbecue. It is close to the beach of Binibeca Nou, as well as the Punta Prima and the new Splash water park. A car is necesssary.
Location
The villa is located close to Binibeca Nou, which is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. In addition to this, it is also situated close to Punta Prima and it beautiful beach with clearwaters and fantastic restaurants.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
