The Space
Villa Belvedere is a classic Menorcan style villa with wonderful sea views. The villa is located in an area near the beach and the amenities so it is highly recommended if you do not want to depend so much on a car. The villa is divided into two levels: On the top floor, where the villa can be accessed, you will find the living/dining room that has a TV and Wi-Fi internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. making it the perfect villa for a self-catering holiday. On the same floor is a small bathroom. From the living room you can access the covered terrace, which offers wonderful views of Playa de Son Bou and of the sea, it has also been furnished for al-fresco dining.
The lower level comprises of the five bedrooms, four doubles and one single. Three of them have direct access to the pool area, which also features a barbecue area. The villa has a total of two bathrooms and one toilet/cloakroom.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has many facilities to offer for the perfect beach holiday. Water sports – Kayaking, Watersking,banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos and a long, long sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes,not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday. Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
