The Space
Villa Bini Andu is located in the area of Binibeca Vell just 40m from the sea with a spectacular view and direct access to bathe in the sea. Built on two levels, the ground floor comprises of a living room, one double bedroom with en-suite, two small bedrooms with two single beds each, one bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and everything needed for a self-catering holiday, and finally a laundry room with washing machine. The second floor is accessed by outside the house it has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
The exterior of this villa consists of a nice terrace, a large garden with perfect grass so children can play freely and a large swimming pool.
Location
Binibeca Vell is well known for it's charming and pinturesque Fishermen Village. Located next to the sea, west area of the resort. Although the "Vell" name refers to old in menorquin, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. Located only 300 meters away from the beach, it also has 2 little supermarkets in the area and a few restaurants. You will also find hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort.
Includes mid week towel change on a 7 day stay. Line, towel change and a light clean included in a 14 night stay.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
