The Space
Villa Bini Sac is a front line premium property with sea access. It is set on one level and comprises of a living/dining room with a fire place and an open plan kitchen (that is fully equipped for self-catering), one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and one shower room. The furnishings are very tasteful and attractive creating an exceptional and unique marine ambience.
From the living/dining room you can access two large shaded terraces with sofas, chairs and tables for outdoor living and with some of the most, undoubtedly, breathtaking sea views of Menorca. The garden has a grass area leading down to the rocks at the front of the house, where it is possible to swim in the crystal clear waters (ladder access to the sea).
Location
Villa Bini Sac is located in the small urbanization of Cap d'en Font of the South coast of the island and is within walking distance of Binissafua bach and Binibeca is about a 5 minute drive away. An 8 minute drive will bring you to the town of Sant Lluís or the village of Sant Climent. The journey to and from the airport takes about 15 minutes.
Due to the location of this villa, it is not suitable for young children.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
