The Space
Villa Biniguanvulgi is a pretty, detached villa that comprises of a large open-plan living/dining room that has been furnished with sofa, lounge chair, dining table for eight people, TV with local channels, DVD player, CD music system and air-conditioning; a kitchen with light oak units and blue marble worktops that has been equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, espresso coffee maker, fridge-freezer and toaster, perfect for a self-catering holiday.
Of the four bedrooms, three are twin rooms with two single beds in each and the other is a king-size double. They have full-length sliding doors that lead out onto the terrace and offer views to the nearby sea. The master suite has a TV and its own en-suite bathroom, while the other rooms share a family bathroom. Both bathrooms have a unique feature whereby there are additional walk-in open air shower rooms. The hallway is air-conditioned so that all the rooms may reap the benefits of this one unit.
The outdoor area comprises of a large terrace surrounding the 9 x 4m pool, a retractable canopy to provide shade, sunbeds, a dining table to seat eight and a portable BBQ, all surrounded by a large garden with a lawn.
Guests must note that Binisafuller is underneath one of the flight paths that lead to Menorca’s only airport, therefore some aircraft noise must be expected.

Location
The villa is located in Binisafúa, a small urbanization on the south east coast of the island. Binisafúa beach, with its white sand and crystal waters, is less than a 10 minute walk from the property. Other south coast beaches, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar, can be reached within 10 minutes by car. There are two restaurants in Binisafúa, and all other local amenities including supermarkets, pharmacy and banks are 15 minutes by car at San Luis. The journey from the airport to the villa takes 20 minutes.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
