The Space
Villa Brisa (196 TS) is an avant-garde newly built villa that offers comfort and tranquility. Situated at the top of Torre Soli, this villa comprises of four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In addition, it also has a modern and practical kitchen that is fully equipped with a blender, combi fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, toaster and a vitroceramic hob. Located next to the kitchen is the living/dining room with satellite TV and DVD, and free Wi-Fi internet, it is also a great place to sit and enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean light that spills through the big glass windows that overlook the pool terrace and have fantastic sea views. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa.
The exterior of the property comprises of a furnished terrace that is perfect for al-fresco dining, a private pool of 13.5m x 5.5m and a built in barbecue.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
