This charming house is located in the upper region of TorreSolí Nou with its own private swimming pool. With this privileged location, the views of the sea and Son Bou beach from all the rooms are second to none.  On the upper storey you can find the living room-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Here you also have the upper section of the covered terrace with a barbecue area to offer our guests an alternative dining room from where you can enjoy your meal as you gaze out onto the sea.  The three bedrooms are all on the lower floor, one double with en-suite bathroom and two twin doubles that share the second bathroom.  Due to the fact that the layout of the house is distributed between two floors, all rooms have direct access to either a terrace or a terrace and the pool, not to mention the spectacular views from this privileged location. The glass doors in each room allow the maximum entrance of sunlight and ensure a wonderful view whatever the weather. All the rooms have air conditioning/heating, so comfort is assured regardless of what time of year you visit us.
