The Space
Villa del Sol is our latest addition to our selection of PREMIUM properties for rent in Menorca. It has been totally renovated and decorated with style and luxury detail.
The property has several exterior areas including a chill out space with sofas, covered dining area and a spectacular pool terrace with private swimming pool of 10m x 5m with Roman step access and extenssive sea views. Inside, the villa comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, the kitchen is completely new with state of the art appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large living room with flat screen TV with DVD, a games console and Wi-Fi internet. It also has five double bedrooms, all with unique and personal decor. The ground level has a main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite showeroom, and also there is two other double bedrooms with single beds, plus an independent shower room. On the first floor, the stunning main suite bedroom, with queen size double bed, cheslong sofa, TV and incredible views. Also on the first floor, the final bedroom, with two single beds, en-suite showeroom and access to a private terrace with sea views. Saturday change over day.

Villa del Sol is located in a cul-de-sac in San Jaime, away of the buzz of the resort, but just a 10 minute stroll from the main comercial areas, restaurants and the fantastic beach of Son Bou.
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has many facilities to offer for the perfect beach holiday. Water sports – Kayaking, Watersking,banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos and a long, long sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes,not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday. Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
