The Space

El Pabellon is an exceptional villa with a privileged location, just meters away from the sea and with spectacular views. All just 300 meters from the Cala Torret village, with it's little port, a handy supermarket & bakery and a very interesting gastronomic selection. it is also just 10 minute walking distance from the Binibeca Beach. No doubt, this is a perfect option for a perfect holiday home. 
The house has four double bedrooms, that sleep a total of eight people. The master bedroom has a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with fantastic sea views. On the same level, there is a double bedroom and also a twin bedroom. Both share a full bathroom with separate shower and bath. On the lower floor of the house you will find the fourth bedroom, with independent access, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The lounge is spacious, with large windows that access the main terrace, and has comfortable leather sitting. It is connected, by two steps, to the dining area. The kitchen is next, and is totally equipped, including two ovens and a little utility room with the washing machine and access to hanging area. Next to the dining area, we also have a little library/study area.

The exteriors are highlighted by a spectacular covered terrace with sea views and comfortable seating areas, as well as a large built in dining table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco moments. The pool terrace has plenty of sun loungers and shades. A car is recommended.

Location

This stunning villa is located in S'Atalaya, an urbanization close to Binibeca Nou, which is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. In addition to this, it is also situated close to Punta Prima and it beautiful beach with clearwaters and fantastic restaurants.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night.  The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
