The Space
Villa Esplendor is a classic style villa with marvellous sea views, and sleeps nine. The villa has been set on two levels. The upper level of the property comprises of a spacious living room with air-conditioning, and open fully equipped kitchen that includes a dish washer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge freezer, built in oven and hob, etc. this allowing for a self-catered holiday. There is a cloakroom and one single bedroom. There is a terrace area with the most magnificent views of Son Bou beach.
Downstairs, there are four bedrooms, one is the master with double bed and air-conditioning. Additionaly, there are three bedrooms with ceiling fan and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have external terrace access with sea views, all leading to the swimming pool and the barbecue area.
There are covered and uncovered terrace areas with sunbeds. The main terrace area has a brick-built barbecue and seating area with fridge and sink, perfect for al-fresco dining. The swimming pool measures 10m x 5m with ladder steps
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has many facilities to offer for the perfect beach holiday. Water sports – Kayaking, Watersking,banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos and a long, long sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes,not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday. Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
