The Space
Finesse Villas is an innovative, private and exclusive property development in Menorca. The complex is situated at the top of the hill in Torre Soli Nou, and comprises 14 luxury villas designed and constructed from materials of the highest quality, with the sole aim of ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. Access to the development is restricted, and entrance is by way of the private road which forms the complex's main axis, at the centre of which stands a magnificent fountain, its trickling water conveying a pleasurable sensation of calm and tranquillity.
Each villa comprises of three bedrooms and three bathrooms with private pool. All are beautifully furnished to a high standard and with capacity for six guests. The kitchens are fully equipped allowing for a self-catered holiday and the living rooms have also been equipped with Satellite TV and DVD. Free wifi.
The villas are cleaned and sheets changed once a week, the towels are changed twice a week.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has many facilities to offer for the perfect beach holiday. Water sports – Kayaking, Watersking,banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos and a long, long sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes,not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday. Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
