The Space
Villa Isabel is a spacious single storey detached villa that occupies a large corner plot with sea views, a large terrace area with a private pool and a brick built barbecue. It comprises of four twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and one bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate family bathroom. Standing fans are provided in all rooms and two of the bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The villas has a spacious hall with cloakroom toilet. The lounge is furnished with two sofas, TV, satellite, DVD and sea views. There is a separate dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, including microwave, dishwasher and a handy utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The exterior of the villa, without a doubt, is the most striking area of this villa due to the wide terrace that has been furnished with sun loungers, chairs and tables. A huge oval pool with a minimum depth of 0.8 meters and maximum of 2.3 meters and diving board. There is a great brick built barbecue area for al-fresco dining. In addition, the villa has a stairway access to the roof terrace with amazing sea views. There is a large lawned garden with mature trees and shrubs.
A car is not necessary.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
