The Space
Villa Llevant is a two storey, semi-detached villa with its own private gardens and swimming pool and is situated in Torre Soli Nou and enjoys spectacular views of the sea and of Son Bou beach. The living area is located on the upper floor, complete with lounge/dining room with TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen allowing for a self-catered holiday, bathroom, a twin bedroom and outdoor laundry room. This floor also has a covered terrace with lovely sea views and an area for barbecues.
The lower floor comprises of two twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The common spaces on both floors are fully air-conditioned. There is also a safe and free Wi-Fi.
The private swimming pool and garden area allow the guests to make the most of the outdoors and enjoy it to the maximum.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
